The predecessor, Shandong Baidi Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., was established in Jining, Shandong Province, primarily engaged in architectural coatings. It registered the trademarks “Baidi” and “Shuangjie.” Development Stage: The company focused deeply on the coatings sector and gradually built an integrated system covering production, sales, and construction services. It obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, as well as China Environmental Label Certification and CCC certification, becoming a well-known regional coatings enterprise.
The company completed its “relocation from urban area to industrial park” initiative.The company was located in Jiaxiang County Economic Development Zone. Positioning Upgrade: The company transitioned from traditional coatings to a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and construction, with a strategic focus on water-based architectural coatings.
The Jiaxiang Chemical Industrial Park expansion project was completed. Covering an area of over 70 mu, the facility reached an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of water-based coatings, becoming an important coatings production base in East China.
The company completed industrial and commercial changes such as registered capital and business scope adjustments, further strengthening its core business in water-based coatings and decorative engineering.
The company has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Provincial “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” SME, and an Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise. It holds 26 patents. It serves as a governing unit of the Jining Coatings Industry Association and a member unit involved in industry standard formulation. The company has also established industry–university–research cooperation with Shandong University and Qingdao University.
All the company's paint products have passed the EU CEC certification, China's mandatory CCC quality certification, and have received the highest French A+ environmental certification. They also comply with the REACH and RoHS international environmental testing standards. The production base has passed the ISO9001 quality management, ISO14001 environmental management, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management certifications, ensuring both quality and environmental protection.
