Granite Paint

Granite coating (also known as stone-effect coating or water-based multi-color coating) is a high-end decorative coating designed specifically for interior and exterior building walls to mimic the texture of natural granite. It uses a highly weather-resistant synthetic resin emulsion as the film-forming base and is manufactured through a special suspension and dispersion process, incorporating a scientifically formulated blend of core components such as natural colored sand, composite rock flakes (simulating the cross-section of granite crystals), anti-aging agents, and stain-resistant additives. The product appears as a multi-colored suspension and can be applied using a single-nozzle spray gun or by troweling. Once cured, it forms a granite-like coating with natural textures, full-bodied particles, and a strong three-dimensional effect. Its texture closely matches that of natural granite while offering the advantages of light weight (only 1/10 the weight of natural stone), weather resistance and crack resistance, waterproofing and stain resistance, and ease of application. It serves as a cost-effective alternative to traditional dry-hung stone and ordinary natural stone paint, meeting the decorative and protective needs of various buildings.

Customizable material formulations: Tailored functional formulations based on project requirements: ① High weather resistance (enhanced UV resistance and freeze-thaw resistance, suitable for harsh northern climates and coastal environments with high salt fog); ② High stain resistance (with added stain-resistant coating, suitable for easily soiled areas such as shopping malls and municipal plazas); ③ Rapid curing (reduces surface drying time to 2 hours, suitable for projects with tight deadlines); ④ Elastic crack-resistant (enhances coating flexibility, suitable for substrates prone to cracking); ⑤ Low-VOC odorless (suitable for interior decoration and fully finished housing projects).

Customizable Colors and Stone-Look Effects: Over 200 base color options are available by default (covering mainstream natural granite color schemes such as Sesame White, Golden Speckled, and Chinese Black). We support precise color matching based on natural stone samples or design renderings, and can replicate specific granite textures (e.g., grain size and color distribution). We offer custom color paste formulations and 1:1 sample confirmation services to ensure consistency between mass application and the intended design.

Customizable Sizes and Capacities: We support custom packaging capacities (5L/15L/18L/200L/ton drums) to accommodate various needs, from small-scale repairs to large-scale construction projects. We can also customize product viscosity and solids content parameters based on application equipment (such as high-pressure sprayers) to optimize application flow and coating texture.

Customizable Logos and Drum Graphics: We support printing corporate logos, project names, brand slogans, and other identifiers on packaging drums; drum exterior graphics can be customized, such as printing customized brand visuals, project-specific logos, and illustrations of core product selling points, to enhance brand recognition and a sense of project exclusivity.

Customizable Labels and Packaging Types: Product label content is fully customizable, including product model, batch number, application instructions, traceability codes, client information, and customs codes, to meet warehouse management, project traceability, and export clearance requirements; packaging types are also customizable, with options including heavy-duty plastic drums, steel drums, IBC containers, and export-standard moisture-proof packaging, suitable for long-distance sea transport, on-site storage, and stackable storage scenarios.

Sample-Based Customization: We support customers providing natural granite samples or competitor samples to precisely replicate core characteristics such as color, texture, and grain. We offer up to three free sample versions for customer testing (e.g., weather resistance and stain resistance tests) to ensure batch products match the samples and minimize collaboration risks.
